Founder, Coach, Facilitator & Consultant

Energy, curiosity and enthusiasm are probably the words that are most often used to describe Fiona.  She believes that everyone has what they need within them and that with the right questions and support, they are capable of realising their full potential and leading themselves and others with positive influence to have positive impact.

She holds a NZ Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching, bringing a strong understanding and application of learning design, development and delivery, along with a commitment to meeting the needs of diverse learners and communicators. She believes that the gold in any well-facilitated workshop is the sharing of stories and experiences to bring learning to life and that follow up action and accountability are crucial to embed real change.

She is also a Transformative Coach, having completed her ICF (International Coach Federation) recognised qualification and is an accredited Gallup CliftonStrengths® Top 5 Coach with Strengths Network South Pacific.

Her experience includes time in both central and local government, customer service, health, safety and wellbeing and learning and development, as well as volunteer roles in community organisations and Lifeline Aotearoa.

Fiona came to New Zealand, from Ireland, in February 2010, and has since made New Zealand her home with her husband and daughter.  Keeping physically fit, music, food, coffee and books are some of the things that make her tick.
